Kluwe considering lawsuit against Vikings

Kluwe said on Friday he has told the Vikings of his plans, which are tied to the Minnesota Department of Human Resource's one-year statute of limitations for filing a workplace discrimination claim.
Kluwe was released by the Vikings on May 6, 2013, and plans to file his suit if the investigation is not complete by then.
A Vikings spokesman confirmed Madel's statement that the investigation would be complete in the next several weeks, but said the team would have no comment until the investigation was finished.
Kluwe has said Vikings owner Zygi Wilf told him to keep speaking out in support of same-sex marriage.
The Vikings drafted UCLA punter Jeff Locke in the fifth round last April, and Priefer said last June he felt "very strongly" the Vikings needed a change at punter.
