Segura struck in face by Ryan Braun practice swing

CBS Sports 187+ SHARES •

It's a bizarre and scary scene in Milwaukee as Brewers shortstop Jean Segura was lifted from the game between frames after being struck in the face/head by a Ryan Braun practice swing in the home dugout.
Here's some footage of the incident: As you can also see above, Segura had to be helped up the tunnel to the clubhouse.
Segura, who's hitting .239/.272/.330 in his age-24 season, played the top of the first against the Cubs but after the injury was replaced by Jeff Bianchi.
There's no word yet on the severity of Segura's injuries, but obviously you worry about a concussion in this kind of situation.
Here's hoping it wasn't as bad as it looked.
